The Ferns has 7 letting bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. 

All are comfortably furnished with pine beds, pine furniture and cosy duvets, with matching bed covers and curtains.
All rooms have the following:

• This room has views over the front and side of the house to the forest beyond.
• En-suite shower, basin and w/c.

Room 2

• Good sized room with double bed (4’6”) and single bed (3’)
• Suitable for a family of 3, twin or double.
• Large bay window and side window with beautiful views over the forest and front garden.
• En-suite shower, basin and w/c.

Room 3
           
• Good sized room with double bed (4’6”)
• Beautiful views across the front garden with the forest and valley beyond.
• En-suite shower, basin and w/c.

Room 4

• Room with double bed (4’6”)
• Quiet room at the rear, with views over rear garden with bird feeders and shrubs.
• En-suite shower, basin and w/c

Room 5

• Room with double bed (4’6”)
• 2nd floor room with large velux roof window giving fantastic views across the village and trees.
• Spacious room with spacious bathroom.
• En-suite double shower, basin and w/c.
Room 6

• Lovely single Room (standard size single -  3')
• 2nd mattress (on legs) pull-out style underneath the bed.
• Can be used as a cosy twin
• 2nd floor room quaint little window giving fantastic views across the front of the house and woods beyond.
• Power shower with larger size shower.
• En-suite double shower, basin and w/c.

Room 7

• Room with a double bed (4’6”) and 2 single beds (3’).
• 2nd floor room ideal for a family of 4, 3 individuals, or twin / double use.
• Large room, bright and airy with huge picture window.  Great views across the whole back of the house and garden as well as woods and fields.  Great room for watching our resident Woodpecker.
• En-suite double shower, basin and w/c.

 

 

 

We are able to offer our guests a beautifully appointed and spacious lounge with a ‘real flame’ gas fire for the cooler evenings and a large bay window giving fantastic views, just the place to unwind after the days activities. Available for guests use is a selection of board games, reading literature and various maps and books to help plan your day, along with a stereo and remote, colour television.

Breakfast is served in a spacious, attractive dining room with individual dining tables; here you can enjoy a hearty breakfast click here for a breakfast menu prepared in our modern and well equipped kitchen.  Vegetarian or special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement. All meals are prepared from the freshest local produce and can be enjoyed in our non-smoking environment. Packed lunches can be pre-ordered and flasks can be filled if required. Outside there is a spacious parking area with pretty, tiered gardens in which you can enjoy some quiet time.
