The Ferns Holiday Cottage is a beautifully presented 4 Star Self Catering Cottage modernised throughout to a very high standard. The Cottage is perfectly situated in the centre of Betws-y-Coed, right in the heart of The Snowdonia National Park. Just a short stroll away you will find the bars, restaurants, shops and the main centre of the Village and all its attractions, or you can simply sit back and relax in your our private courtyard surrounded by Beautiful Woodland and Countryside.
The Ferns Holiday Cottage provides everything required for the fantastic 'Home from Home' holiday. It is now available for weekly lets through the Summer Season - Short Breaks are also available throughout the Winter. The Cottage is traditionally and beautifully furnished to a very high standard and benefits from all of today’s modern facilities, including Gas Central Heating, Private Parking and SKY Television.
On the ground floor is a comfortable, perfectly appointed, open-plan Lounge with a Kitchen / Diner. The lounge area has a comfortable suite including a sofa which converts to a sofa bed for the extra guests or children. A remote control colour LCD TV with Sky Freeview a DVD / Video player, CD Music Centre and a Play Station with games. There is also a vast array of reading literature and board games to while away the evenings.
The Modern Country style kitchen is fully fitted and has all the appliances and utensils that you will require, ranging from a Pizza Cutter to a Washer / Dryer. Your meal times can be enjoyed either inside or out in your own Private Courtyard, and if you want to save on the washing up we can even offer you the choice to have a full, freshly prepared breakfast in our Guest House for just £5.95 per head (Subject to availability).
On the 1st Floor is a beautifully furnished bedroom with double bed, including a Memory Foam Topper and a cosy duvet with matching curtains complimented by bright & fresh ivory furniture giving plenty of storage. Also on the 1st Floor is the traditional bathroom with a modern feel for you to wind away the rigours of the day.
