Tariff
Choose whether to stay with us on a bed & breakfast basis or as “room only”. The “room only” option is popular with some of our guests who prefer to skip breakfast for an early (or later!) start to the day. If you'd like to have your breakfasts with us, don't forget to add the breakfast option when booking with us online.
Our rates
Prices are per room per night on a Room-Only basis, and subject to availability. Includes free WiFI.

- Family Room £113 (3 people / children 5 -16 years welcome)
- We can offer single occupancy in some of our double rooms from £69
- Breakfast £10.50 per person per day

How to Book
Book online or contact us directly by telephone on 07912 173972 or drop us an email to welcome@ferns-guesthouse.co.uk.
We will require advance payment of a deposit (usually for 1 night or 50% of the total booking price) by Debit/Credit Card (we will send you a secure payment link by email), or if you prefer, you can pay your deposit by BACS (bank transfer).
Due balance payments can be paid on arrival via our Credit/Debit card, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, or in Cash.
We are only accepting 2 night stays or longer at present (and a minimum of 3 nights on Bank Holiday Weekends).
We do not accept coaches, however group bookings of up to 6 people are very welcome (no stag or hen nights) and must be for a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights over bank holidays)
